Now you have found the right house, had an inspection, now what do you do? Before jumping to conclusions, about your new home, lets take it one step at a time.

The DVD is the key, whether you were with the inspector at the time of the inspection or a thousand miles away. The video and written report that the inspector has given you must be used together. The video will explain in greater detail as to the actual conditions of the house. Remember that these conditions vary from house to house, and there is no such thing as a perfect house. So, when you look at the report keep an open mind, as these are not necessary repairs, only the conditions of the property. There are  several reasons we don’t list repairs to be made.

The main reason is that as houses differ from one one to another, so do buyers.One buyer is looking for that near perfect house so when he moves in there is  little or no work that needs to be done. While another (handyman) buyer has found the right floor plan, schools etc. and is willing to do some of the repairs to the house.

That is why we have left it up to you, the buyer, as to what repairs if any you expect to be done by the seller.
