Existing Buildings may look perfect and have plenty of
curb appeal, but could have many hidden problems. Our
Inspectors look for clues that will reveal what is hidden.
New Construction, more and more, people are having new
construction inspected by private Inspectors.
These inspections are done in two stages.
First Stage: During the framing stage-after all mechanicals are installed but before the sheetrock is hung.
Second Stage: When the house is complete and a puch list inspection is needed. DVD/CD and computer reports are done at each stage.
FYI: Government Inspectors spend less than ten minutes during a code inspection. Our Inspectors spend between one and two hours.
